Tonight while I was giving Caylee and Braelyn a bath, Alaina comes running in and says, "Im going to lay out Braelyn's and Caylee's jamamas (pajamas for those who dont speak Alaina) on their beds for you!"
I said, "Wow, what a good helper you are! Thanks Alaina!"
A couple minutes later she runs in again and says, "I did that job, can you give me another job?"
Whhaaaa? (mouth hanging open, eyes wide) Have I died and gone to mother heaven?!
So I say, "Um, sure...yeah. How bout you clean your room?"
And she replies, "Clean my room? Thats a good one!"
Then she runs off.
Uhhhhh...
Im left thinking...." 'Thats a good one'...? Did she think I was joking?" and "'Thats a good one'...Did she think it was a good suggestion?"
Well, I get Caylee out of the tub and go into their room and see this.
Clean!
(Really wishing I had a before picture at this point)
She picked up the clothes and put them in the hamper...
She made her bed...
Tucked in all her friends...
Put all the books on the shelf...
AND, her earlier job, laid out Caylee's jamamas (plus a diaper. Good thinking:)
What a sweet girl I have!!

SOO cute! I can't wait (well yes I can cause that means she's getting older) until Bri helps me like that. I hope it continues for you!
Wow, that is so cute and grown-up! That happens just like that and they are in another stage and grown up alittle more. Either that she wants something.

She is actually really helpful when I babysit. She always picks jamamas out for Caylee, and tells me where to find things that I am looking for. Love it!
