Who knows what adventures 2010 will hold for us, but a couple things we do know.

2008 was the year of no chocolate, 2009 was the year of the book, and I think 2010 will be the year of the house! Yay for fixer uppers:)

Congrats!! you're 1st house! lord knows you need the room. i'm happy for you guys! you deserve all the luck in the world!! I can't wait to see the move-in pics and renovation before and afters!
Good luck with the house! Love the huge yard. Ours isn't a fixer upper but we've still spent a lot (read: way too much) time at Home Depot. I hope you like caulk and paint...
