Trimming the Tree

I love decorating the tree. I love the smell and the lights and that my house if more festive and beautiful because of the Christmas tree.

This year our tree is rather large.

While we put the lights on the tree the girls cuddled together and watched.

Bret and his "why are you taking a picture of me putting lights on the tree" look.

Once the lights were up we set to work decorating. The girls love putting the ornaments on.

The bottom was looking very pretty and decorated but the top was feeling neglected. So thats when they enlisted the help of daddy.

I put some on the tree too.

Now its officially Christmas time :)
