Since Alaina wasnt able to play at her recital, Mrs. Durio (her teacher) said she could come in and play her songs for her friends at school. When her bandage came off and she was able to move it enough to play the piano again, she went in and played for everyone. She did a pretty good job, considering she hadnt practiced in a week and a half and still had a pretty ugly finger. Im proud of her for trying and doing her best despite all that happened. Its kinda sad because she knew those songs perfectly, but all is well that ends well :)
