Apple Hill

On Friday, Emily and I took all the kidlets to APPLE HILL!
And no one threw up on the way:)
Always a good way to start off eh.

The first place we went was Apple Ridge Farms.

Dallin and Caylee got to sit on a tractor.

Dang, I thought I didnt need to be responsible! Ugh, even their actions!?
Whats the world coming to?

We fed the goats.
Braelyn thought it was awesome, Caylee liked it but was hesitant. Alaina wanted nothing to do with it.

We has a discussion about brown eggs. We came to the conclusion that the brown hen laid the brown egg and that the black hens will lay black eggs. Very logical.

Cute little piggies.

Where can I get a real one?

AH! Scary pumpkin!

Shes not going to scare much...

Then Caylee helped herself to an apple. Just picked it right up and took a bite.
Stinker cost me 25 cents.

Then we headed over to High Hill Farms.
Braelyn insisted on pushed Caylee.
She only ran into me a couple dozen times.

The highlight of the trip...
RIDING THE PONIES!

Poor neglected third children...

After the ponies, we went next door to the fudge factory.
I like chocolate and all, but not so much to pay lots of mulah for some fudge.
So we played on their little playground instead.

Dallin loved this tractor a little too much...

We went to our favorite orchard, Boa Vista Orchards, and got some yummy fruit and such.
Oh, and a carmel apple for me and a blackberry turnover for Bret.

Our last stop was at Willow Pond Farm.
They had a pond, and on that pond was a paddle boat.
A paddle boat that didnt steer very well.
Maybe because there are supposed to be two people paddling?
Hey, there was no way I was getting in that boat.
And some one needed to stay with the neglected third children!

It was really entertaining to watch Emily try to figure the thing out (her facial expression says it all here) and see them go around in circles.

About this time Eden was getting a little worried they wouldnt make it back to the shore. She said to Emily, "If we get stuck Jamie can just come in the water and get us."

Um...yeah....I totally would have...I got your, um...back guys....

They did make it back...by paddling backwards. Oh the memories.

Then we went to the little stand they had there and picked out some adorable little pumpkins.

Pose much?

And then there was Caylee.
Cay was quiet the whole time we were there...and I soon found why.
She found a water fountain.

This is her, "Oh no Mom found me" guilty look.

But when she saw I wasnt annoyed but amused. She continued her play.
Dont get me wrong, she would have either way.

Anyone have a ten passenger van we can borrow for next year?!

That was funny. I hope you know you said TEN passenger van. Which means that you would have four and I would have four. Unless you are still counting on me having twins. Which isn't going to happen. Just thought I would point this out. Haha.
