The Friday before school started we went to Tahoe with our BFFs the Marshalls. We figured there was no better way to celebrate the end of the summer than by going to our favorite place!
Cold!
The girls jumped in the water right away and played for a while. Then they decided they were cold so they huddled up for a while til the sun came over the trees.
Alaina found a "fishing pole" and asked me to tie some food on it. I asked her what she suggested and she said a granola bar. So thats what we did. A little late I noticed her and Eden were fishing with a piece of an apple. She told me after, "The fish would come up to the granola bar and bite at it, but when I pulled up the line they all swam away!"
She makes me laugh.
