Yesterday the play group we meet with through church had an Easter Egg Hunt. We were so excited about it all week, then the weather was terrible. When I left the house I didn't think it was that bad, but the wind made is really cold. Despite the weather, it was a lot of fun. Alaina got in trouble the night before and wasn't allowed to gather Easter eggs, but she took it well and helped Braelyn find as many as they could. The hardest part for Alaina was not being able to eat any of Braelyn's candy. They had fun and that's all that matters.
Braelyn was saying, "Cold!"

OK it makes me a little sad that I don't recognize the majority of kids in that last picture, we have been gone way too long. I am glad your girls had fun gathering eggs, and good for you for sticking to your guns with Alaina, I think if I were in your situation I may have caved and let her gather he own eggs, but I think it is way better not to cave.
One more day... I'm sure you're very ready! I'm excited to see my neices (especially the new one!!) - Braelyn continues to look older, tell her to slow down a little! :) Good luck and we'll see you soon.
