YAY! It snowed:) Its snowed a lot. All Sunday night and all Monday. Monday morning Alaina woke up and looked out the window and saw all the snow and immediately wanted to go play in it. I guess I should remind you that Alaina gets up between 6 and 6:30 everyday. After a few hours we bundled all up and went to play in it. I might say now that I am a Vegas girl and really love the snow...when I dont have to touch it, feel it, walk in it, drive in it or anything. Really I just think its really beautiful and I like to look at it. Anyway, it wasnt so bad this time, the girls had so much fun too! Poor Bret had to work.
Here we are ready to go!

The first thing Alaina did was throw snow at Braelyn, in the face. She didn't seem to mind so much...she just turned and smiled at me.

Then Alaina threw snow at me!! Im telling you Alaina, I did play softball for 13 years and I will get you back...when you least expect it:)

She loves to make snow angels.

So this is my life...Braelyn running away from me. I know what my Mom is thinking right now..."pay back".

Ugh, its so cute I had to take a picture of the baby tracks.

Braelyn also loved eating the snow...a lot.

This is right after I told her not to eat the snow. Big fat smile. Again, this is my life.

I have no idea why they are crawling in the snow...Do they realize its wet and cold?!

Soon they were off and making tracks up the apartment complex.

They kept going and we walked up the street. I added this picture because it shows how deep the snow is for Braelyn...its up to her knees! She doesnt have snow boots either.

Alaina pointed out this nativity scene in a yard. She said, "Mom, baby Jesus is covered in snow!!!" Pobre bebe.

Soon they got cold (after about 45 minutes) and we came home for a nice warm bath.

We love it when its first snows, but not so much when it keeps snowing. Im not complaining too much though, I really want this year to be my first white Christmas:)
Happy Snowing!

I am actually a little surprised that Alaina would throw snow like that. I also have a picture of footprints in the snow and it's its own scrapbook page. Love that they are playing with a margarine tub in the bath. So funny.
How can such tiny people have so much personality? I would be laughing all day long with those two.
